 "I met Molly when my daughter was 5 days old. My daughter was a preemie who had some trouble latching at first. Those first were days were so rough; I was concerned my baby wasn’t getting the amount of food she needed and I was doing it all wrong. I stumbled upon an advertisement for a breastfeeding support group at Authentic  Birth Center and decided to seek support. I was exhausted, scared and emotional- breastfeeding is hard and as a first time mom I felt lost.  Molly and the other mothers welcomed me with open arms. I went to Peterson lactation services when my son was four months old and went on a bit of a hunger strike. I worked specifically with Anne who called me the night before for a phone consultation and asked me what was going on. I went in for my appointment the next day! I felt very comfortable, well taken care of, and so incredibly cared for. Anne walked me through each step of the way and helped guide me. She wrote me a great summary email following the appointment, as well, in case I needed to go back and refer to anything. If I ever need lactation help again, I’ll definitely be back.- Allison
