Please use the link below to verify your coverage through The Lactation Network. We will both receive an email if you are eligible for 100% coverage through your insurance.
Not covered through The Lactation Network?
Don't worry! You will be provided with a super bill to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company. Learn more about reimbursement for services and the Affordable Care Act (ACA) here.
